FEBRUARY 28 UPDATE:
ABSOLUTE FINAL CHANCE TO MAKE ADDRESS CORRECTIONS ON YOUR ACCOUNT
RECORD. I WILL LOCK THE RECORDS PERMANENTLY AT MIDNIGHT EASTERN
TIME, CLOSE OF MARCH 7, SO WE CAN MOVE ON.
FEBRUARY 15 UPDATE:
NO FURTHER REQUESTS FOR HELP WITH MEMBER RECORDS WILL BE
ACCEPTED. The records will remain available for last minute
corrections through February 28. March 1 the records will be
"locked" into their condition on that date and turned over to the new
admin team who will handle preparation of the payment process.
If you've submitted a request already and are waiting to hear from me,
I'll be working on the remainder of those received requests during this
next two-week period.
JANUARY 31 UPDATE:
The website and account records will remain accessible for another two
weeks, till February 14, so that I can hopefully finish work on the
many additional help requests that have come in, before turning the
records over to the folks who will be handling the process of setting
up the payments.

My work is basically done, with just a few loose ends to be tied
up. But I'm aware there are still some Members who have been
unable to access their accounts to update their contact
information. We'll keep things open THROUGH JANUARY 31 to
accommodate those Members. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS, so take
advantage of the remaining time in January to make sure your contact
information is current. Use the 'Find Record' link to access your
account or to send a request for help -- AND TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:
SOME OF THE EMAILS I SENT IN RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR HELP BOUNCED
BACK, AND THERE'S SOME LIKELIHOOD THAT EMAILS FROM THE VSB SERVER WERE
SIMPLY DELETED BY SOME DOMAINS WITHOUT BEING DELIVERED AND WITHOUT
BEING BOUNCED. WHEREVER THAT MIGHT BE THE CASE, IT MEANS YOUR
'SPECIAL LINK' EMAILS FOR ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT ARE ALSO BEING DELETED
WITHOUT NOTIFICATION BY YOUR ISP.
If you suspect that's the case, and/or if you think you should have
heard from me but have not, you may want to ACQUIRE ANOTHER FREE EMAIL
ACCOUNT AT A DIFFERENT DOMAIN and use that email address
when using the 'Find Record' function.
