My work is basically done, with just a few loose ends to be tied up.  But I'm aware there are still some Members who have been unable to access their accounts to update their contact information.  We'll keep things open THROUGH JANUARY 31 to accommodate those Members.  THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSIONS, so take advantage of the remaining time in January to make sure your contact information is current.  Use the 'Find Record' link to access your account or to send a request for help -- AND TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

SOME OF THE EMAILS I SENT IN RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR HELP BOUNCED BACK, AND THERE'S SOME LIKELIHOOD THAT EMAILS FROM THE VSB SERVER WERE SIMPLY DELETED BY SOME DOMAINS WITHOUT BEING DELIVERED AND WITHOUT BEING BOUNCED.  WHEREVER THAT MIGHT BE THE CASE, IT MEANS YOUR 'SPECIAL LINK' EMAILS FOR ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT ARE ALSO BEING DELETED WITHOUT NOTIFICATION BY YOUR ISP.

If you suspect that's the case, and/or if you think you should have heard from me but have not, you may want to ACQUIRE ANOTHER FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT AT A DIFFERENT DOMAIN  and use that email address when using the 'Find Record' function.
