If you're using the Find Record approach and it leads to two lines of error text, click you back button (and indicate "yes" to resend the data if your browser asks about that) and you should then see the list of clickable options on the right, including 'Profile", etc.

NOTE: Due to difficulties involving spam filters and blocklists, the site will no longer send the "Secure Link" e-mails but will allow two-part login here. Also, the site no longer sends an email to advise you that your account has been accessed. With the records locked and unable to be changed, it's no longer critical to know if your account has been accessed.
